Package arrived really quickly despite having to travel the length of the country. It was well packaged with recycled materials (which I have been able to reuse too). There was some damage to the leaves in transit but thats to be expected when it travels so far. It has recuperated well and looks stunning! Will be looking at another order as soon as I am no longer on a plant ban

Excellent service, collected from store. Plant was in good condition but additional advice about initial care and attention given by Tesni at time of collection to ensure the plant was as happy as possible. Great value and I love the plant.
