Shipping Information and Shop Policies

Botanical Babe Houseplant currently only ships within the UK 



Due to being a one women shop it can take me a little longer to get plants out. The estimated dispatch date will be five working days from purchase. But this may be longer if you live in Scotland or Northern Island. We try and fulfil all orders with in a week but this may not always be possible and will be priority on Monday mornings if the order wasn’t shipped out the previous week. Orders are only sent out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday currently. I do try and send the plants out sooner but this is not always possible. If you are ordering for a special occasion or you have a particular request, please email me botanicalbabeplants@gmail.com. An email will be sent once your order is dispatched. Plants are posted between Monday to Friday to prevent them from being in transit over the weekend! 

Returns and Plant Damage Policy

  • To submit a return you must contact me on the day of delivery regarding you reason for wanting to return.
  • Please state your reason for wanting to return and include picture if the reason for return is due to damage.
  • Please keep all of the packaging that the plant was sent in as I will instruct you on how to repackage the plants to send them back safely.
  • If you wish to return any of the plants within your order we are not liable to pay for the return shipping. 
  • A refund will not be given if the plant has been re-potted, had cuttings taken, or the roots have been majorly disturbed by the buyer. 
  • If the plant is damaged during transit please contact me within 3 days of delivery so a resolution can be agreed. 
  • If the plant is damaged by frost or extreme heat in transit, Botanical Babe Plants can't be held liable for the damage. Plants are in the best condition when they leave the shop but the drop or increases in temperature in transit may be an issue.
  • Due to the perishable nature of houseplants Happy Houseplants cannot issue refunds on plants returned to us due to multiple missed deliveries or non-collection from DPD pick-up shops.
  • In the event a plant has been missed from your order we need to be informed on the day of delivery. Happy Houseplants cannot unfortunately issue a refund for missing plants if informed at a later date.

Shop Policies 

  • Please note that the photographs of the plants on the website are only a representation of what will be sent. The photo will offer a description of the plants that will arrive but sizes, shapes, and colours will vary slightly. 
  • Please allow time are me to respond to emails and social media messages. due to being a one women shop, I set out specific times through out the week to answer emails. If you do not hear a reply from me on the same day it will be due to my time slot for emails has passed.
