  1. Watering: Snake plants prefer to be on the drier side, so it's important not to overwater them. Allow the soil to dry out completely before watering, and then water thoroughly, making sure to let the excess water drain out of the bottom of the pot.

    2. Light: Snake plants can tolerate a wide range of light conditions, from low to bright indirect light. However, they will grow best in bright, indirect light.

    3. Soil: Snake plants prefer a well-draining potting mix that is rich in organic matter. You can use a cactus or succulent potting mix, or make your own mix with equal parts peat moss, perlite, and sand.

    4. Temperature: Snake plants prefer temperatures between 60-85°F (15-29°C), and are sensitive to cold drafts.

    5. Fertilizer: Snake plants do not require frequent fertilization, but you can fertilize them once or twice a year with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.

    6. Repotting: Snake plants are slow-growing and do not require frequent repotting. You can repot them every 2-3 years if needed, using a pot that is only slightly larger than the current one.

    7. Propagation: Snake plants can be easily propagated by dividing the rhizomes (underground stems) or by leaf cuttings. Leaf cuttings should be allowed to dry out for a few days before planting in soil.
